thank you for answering!

On my system (windows 10) I installed Monteverdi 2 V0.8.1 (standalone). In 
the bin/ folder I could not find the applications. But I also downloaded 
 OTB-5.2.0-win. There are only otbcli_xxx.bat beside several *.dell files.
There is also a executable file called otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine. 
If I execute this file a window suddenly opens and closes . And thats it.

Or did I missunderstood?
