When you say "install the OTB Package" do you mean to compile OTB as described here <https://www.orfeo-toolbox.org/SoftwareGuide/SoftwareGuidech2.html#x14-210002.2>? I already followed the compiling process, described here <http://wiki.orfeo-toolbox.org/index.php/OTB_development_on_Windows>without result.
