Hi,
this error can happen if you're trying to open an image with all pixels
equal to zero or to the user defined no-data value in MOnteverdi2 but I
guess that it is not the case here.
Would it be possible to provide a sample or the reference of the Landsat
product so we will be able to reproduce the error on our side?

Thanks a lot in advance to developers of this wonderful toolbox and to
anyone who replies my question/problem.
My problem is when I tried to use Extract ROI feature of Montverdi2 for
any LANDSAT tif image, I got the following message
saying (in summary as): "Statistics cannot be calculated with zero
relavant pixels".
I think, There is no problem with images since my classmates were able
to perform Extract ROI on them successfully.
My machine is a windows 10/ intel i7 laptop and it is only a year and
half old.
The screen capture of the program and the complete error message is as
given in the attached PNG file.
