Hi,
I've not seen the attached screenshot. As the image is orthorectified
indeed top left of the image is black. And you're extracting a region of
400*400. You're in the case describe in my answer.
Note that there is already a bug report open regarding the exact same issue/

Hope we'll be able to fix it soon (a quick fix will be to output a
warning and not an error in this case).

Thanks a lot in advance to developers of this wonderful toolbox and to
anyone who replies my question/problem.
My problem is when I tried to use Extract ROI feature of Montverdi2 for
any LANDSAT tif image, I got the following message
saying (in summary as): "Statistics cannot be calculated with zero
relavant pixels".
I think, There is no problem with images since my classmates were able
to perform Extract ROI on them successfully.
My machine is a windows 10/ intel i7 laptop and it is only a year and
half old.
The screen capture of the program and the complete error message is as
given in the attached PNG file.
