Hi,
you're right spectral sensitivity is needed to produce TOC.
I've asked to a contact at Digital Globe if he can provide such
information (like for WV2, QB which Spectral values are tabulate in otb
source code).
Note that there will be perhaps also specific modifications needed in
OTB to retrieve other metadata and handle new bands available in WV3 and
test everything.
For now I suspect that we use the same code as WV2.
