FYI I've added the relative spectral response for WV03 provided
gracefully by Digital Globe in OTB-Data repository (plain text):

What's needed now would be to tabulate those values in a otb class
(WorldView3ImageMetadataInterface) which can be largely inspired by the
existing WorldView2ImageMetadataInterface class:

What's needed also are solar irradiance and physical gain for each
band., it should be available in WV03 datasheet or directly in the
metadata.

Note that there will be perhaps also specific modifications needed in
OTB to retrieve other metadata and handle new bands available in WV3 and
test everything.
For now I suspect that we use the same code as WV2.
