Hi, This is strange, QGis should try to launch 'otbcli.bat', not 'otb cli.bat'. It seems to be a problem on Qgis side... In QGis configuration, try setting the "OTB Command line tools folder" to "C:\Program Files\OTB-5.4.0-win64\OTB-5.4.0-win64\bin\otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine.exe".
