Hello, I believe when you install QGIS with Osgeo4W, it will set up configuration paths automatically and it should “just work”. Make sure that: “OTB applications folder” points to a directory with all the .dll files (typically …/lib/otb/applications) “OTB command line tools”: points to a directory with all the otbcli_xxx.bat files (typically …/bin/)
If that doesn’t work, have you tried to reinstall from scratch? So, I wonder if I can get help installing OTB tools for QGIS. I am running 2.14.3 Essen (64 bit stand alone version) on my Windows 10 machine. Separately, using the OSGeo4W 64 bit Network installer, I downloaded the three necessary OTB modules, plus dependencies. What do I need to do now to get OTB to work? When I go to Processing > Options > Providers > Orfeo Toolbox, there is an "x" in <activate>.
