Hello,

I have a question about the percentage of the band histogram that is being
clipped to obtain a lower intensity threshold. When loading an image in the
Monteverdi GUI, images area automatically clipped with 2% at both ends of
all bands. This setting is easily changed in the GUI by using the min/max
function. When I process files through a batch script (I use the exact
large-scale meanshift segmentation framework) the images are also being
clipped with 2% at both ends. This happens in step 1, the meanshift
smoothing.
Is there a way to disable this clipping with batch script commands so that
the whole range (min/max) of all bands are used in the smoothing? I am
having some problems with missing segments in darker areas, and this
clipping seems to make it worse. I havent found any options in the
documentation.

Many thanks in advance!

Kind regards,
Darell
