I do not think this is correct. Clipping is done for visualisation
purposes only, i.e. during image display in monteverdi. The
MeanShiftSmoothing app is not doing it.
If you have troubles seing your segmentation results, you can use the
ColorMapping application, which has a dedicated mode for segmentation
rendering.
