is /c/OSGEO4~1/ 32 bit or 64 bit?
also what is /e/Programs/OTB-5.8.0/ ?
you don't need to start from osgeo4w shell. infact you shouldn't run OTB
5.8.0 binary package from osgeo4w shell.
open cmd.exe
and cd E:\Programs \OTB-5.8.0\bin
for bash.exe
you need
cd /e/Programs/OTB-5.8.0/bin
