Hello everybody, I recently installed the otb 5.8.0 under the linux ubuntu 14.04 distribution. I menaged by following this tutorial ( https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/RQGIS/vignettes/install_guide.html )to set the otbgui, otbcli, the python otbApplication interfaces to work. The only problem I faced is that I connot access the otbApllication via Monteverdi GUI. Actually by installing the same version of otb onanother machine I found my mistake (I did not # move applications folder as explained on the tutorial but I just cp -a the otb folder to the /usr/lib/) that´s why I would like to unistall the *.run file and make a clean istallation now. I tried to launch the command sh. otb-5.8.0_Linux64.run --help but i did not found any information about uninstall, remove or clean the program. Any idea on how should I perform this unistallation? regards Filippo
