Hi, If you used the *.run to install OTB, there isn't much to do to uninstall : the *.run script only install files in the current folder. You can simply remove the folder "OTB-5.8.0_Linux64" and its done. I tried to launch the command sh. otb-5.8.0_Linux64.run --help but i did not found any information about uninstall, remove or clean the program.
