Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately unchecking 'On edge pixel inclusion' doesn't work for me. When I use the "normal" TrainImagesClassifier window, the green progress bar seems to complete very fast (1 sec), then everything disappears and there is no results. When I use the *batch mode*, again - the progress bar completes but there is a pop up window saying that everything went OK. However the error I have mention in the previous post shows in the logs and there are still no results of this process.
