Hi! Thanks for the tip! Unchecking 'On edge pixel inclusion' worked for me. There was a warning that otbApplicationLauncherCommandLine.exe stopped working and the program has to be terminated but after that everything turned out fine, I think... I had to use the *batch mode*, because when I used the "normal" TrainImagesClassifier window, the green progress bar seemed to complete very fast (1 sec), then everything disappeared and there were no results. Anyway, thank you so much for help!
