A request from a student of mine:
Dear OTs I am a final year OT student at Oxford Brookes University, undertaking a critical appraisal project. I am looking at the efficacy of occupational therapy groupwork for people with learning disabilities. I would be interested to know how OT groups are used with this client group, and whether there has been any internal evaluation of groups, or any service user feedback. I have found little published evidence in this area, and have widened my search to include evaluation of OT groupwork for any service user group, and groupwork conducted by any profession for people with a learning disability. I would value any information on this subject Many thanks, Mandy Cox (Occupational Therapy Student)
