The Canadian provincial colleges have all recently (within the last year) met and agreed upon a list of essential competencies for O.T.  If you have not already received one by now, I would suggest you contact Carolyn Hubble or Susan James at the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (or any other provincial college) and ask them to send you a copy.

Hi all. We are currently undergoing CARF review at our facility.  The reviewers are asking for both an OT and PT competency checklist.  Does anyone have good ones they can share? Thanks,Lisa Castilla, MS, OTRDirector of Occupational TherapyWest Virginia Rehabilitation Center
