Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy is a new term to me. I received a referral to assist pt and family with RSD management. I have looked up the term on the internet, and found I am familiar with the symptoms. What advice do any of you have about managing a very painful, formerly dominant, non-functional UE following CVA. ( Not subluxed due to hypertonicity. ) , dxd as RSD. I am also addressing ADLs and change of dominance, but need advice about the RSD UE. -- Jody Van Ness
