Carson, I did not state that I was never educated on LE impairments, I said that ot school never addressed how to directly treat LE impairments, via ther ex, joint mob, etc. What was addresed in school, was UE pathologies and ways to treat them only. There must be some sort of educational foundation, backround, before OT's in the mainstream address LE's. It would take a big jump to generalize the UE's to the LE's w/o any formal edu. Is this normal or am I way off base? Write back!
