OKay so fortunatly have met a very great instructor that helped me to understand what OT is truely about. Although I do not understand it fully, I do know enough that I know that OT's are not about hands, UE or other stereotypical ideas that the average unknowledgable PT has. The problem is now it makes me angry when PT's make comments that show their ignorance. How do I give them information to help them understand what OT's really do, without causing a fight and being professional?
