hi everyone, i was just wondering if anyone knows of any evaluation tools as predictors of employability for chronic mentally ill clients. i'm currently working with clients who have chronic mental illness living in board and care facilities. i lead a lot of group activities focusing on independent living skills. some of my client's goal is to be able to work and live independently however, i have very little resources on evaluation tools i can use to assess their readiness. if anyone has any information or resources, please email me back. thank you!
