I did a Home Health Fw...it was an incredible experience!!! My supervisor and I were on the road all day traveling house to house..or nursing home. You really get the opportunity to involve the whole family in the tx process. Also, with activities you really have to think of new ideas...find stuff around the house to turn it into therapy! The only down fall in home health when starting out is you only get to see a selected amount of disabilities. Working at a HealthSouth type of place would be incredibly benificial. ..and yes i think i have heard of traveling OT's..not sure exactly....
