I'm an OT student too and I much prefer mental health/psychiatry. I'm currently on clinical placement in forensic psychiatry and loving every minute. I posted a message asking for information on this area but didn't receive even 1 reply. Maybe we are both crazy, they say people have to be to work in this field. Good luck with your studies.
