that's what I mean Ron. Maybe because of that stronger relationship in adults plus other factors such as low pay, etc. makes the OT practioners in the adult psych setting face a continuing decline. I think there's a study on this topic at the OT for Mental health journal but it's better to hear some personal perspectives from OT professionals and students
