What does he want to do with the newspapers? Would he be able to pick up the papers and bring to the neighbors front door with supervision? Does he want to read them? Does he get his own paper? I am just trying to think of a way to make his wish to get at newspapers useful. Maybe he needs to get dressed and then bring the newpapers up to the neighbors door for them. Some might be happy to let him do this.
