Thanks for the help.  The usual problem is getting him to wait to get the
newspapers.  He can already earn newspapers for good behavior. He likes to
look at them and I've had him bring one out to show me.  He likes to hoard
them.  The problem with letting him outside is, his behavior tends to be
impulsive and he runs away.  He's a large boy, almost as tall and heavy as I
am so, he is not easy to stop.

What does he want to do with the newspapers?  Would he be able to pick up
the papers and bring to the neighbors front door with supervision?  Does he
want to read them?  Does he get his own paper?  I am just trying to think of
a way to make his wish to get at newspapers useful.  Maybe he needs to get
dressed and then bring the newpapers up to the neighbors door for them.
Some might be happy to let him do this.
