Marcia, Thanks for responding! You can view the entire bill at: http://thomas.loc.gov/ Just type in H.R. 1 where it asks for the bill. It is amazing the bureaucracy associated with this piece of legislation. There are so many tacked on amendments that could have a disastrous effect. This reminds me of the Balanced Budget Act. If you can remember the excuse for the arbitrary therapy caps was that it was a tacked on last second amendment that didn't receive adequate review before passage. Jimmie
