Hello Beng:

While every facility is different. Here's my perspective on SNF.

1. Lots of paperwork

2. Lots of patients

3. Lots of frustration

4. Lots of potential to make differences in residences' lives

5. Generally, the patients are good but the environment is poor.

That's  been  my experience, hopefully others on the list will provide a
more positive picture.
