Jody, Presently the caps are due to return 9-1-03.� I'm not certain what can be done to delay their implementation at this point.� At least they will only be enforced for the three last months of the year.� All of the legislation concerning 2004 is still pending.� There is another moratorium attached to the House version of the Medicare prescription drug benefit.� This moratorium would be for 2004.
