Hello list members,
Has anyone heard of Medicare not covering splints for outpatient OT in as
of 10/1/03??
I'm a COTA in a MD outpatient hand clinic and our billing manager just told
us this Tues---My supervisor wants details ---someone to contact or see it
in writing???
The AOTA website didn't have enought info regarding reimbursements for
splinting--unless I didn't look hard enough yet.
Any info appreciated--will get back to you all Monday--going to the
ocean for the weekend!!
