I  have  a copy of the report but to the best of my knowledge, it is NOT
available  on  the Internet. However, I do wonder if The Fund would find
it acceptable if I were to post some of the information on the OTnow web
site - maybe as a PDF file.

I  will  send  a  message  to  Karen  Green at AOTA asking her about the
possibility.
