Hi Padma:

Pre and post measures are usually a good idea.  However, this requires
using a group protocol or pre/post measures which are proven to have the
sensitivity and reliability to pick up changes that you are seeking.
Pre-post survey measures is what I have used in a couple of the groups I
have done, e.g. Assertiveness Training.
