Hi Shellie, I'm sure you will do fine. One of the more difficult things about home care is documenting on the OASIS. Your agency may be able to provide you with a copy of the OASIS in Detail A clinician's Pocket Guide by Briggs. It can be most helpful with explaining some of the more intricate aspects of the OASIS. Of course, as an OT, you will only need it for recertification and discharge OASIS visits as we currently cannot complete admit or post hospital OASIS.
As for treatment issues, you may want to brush up on environmental adaptations/modifications, low vision, total knee/total hip/ORIF hip, balance/safety and adaptive equipment.
