Thank you for your comments, I really appreciate it.

You gave me alot to think about.

She is independent in simple meal prep, light house cleaning...more like
straightening things up, someone runs her errands.  She is very high
functioning cognitively so I do not doubt she can make a shopping list.  She
said this weekend she is going grocery shopping with her son.  She is doing
well socially, she has a ring of friends and neighbors that check on her and
other contacts.  She even carried the phone with her to her room while I was
evaluating her.  As for community involvement, I think she stays at home, I
did not ask that question.  I asked her what she would like to do better and
she kept returning to the flowers and gardening.

Her prior level of function was independent and was able to get around in
the community.

I really appreciate your comments, any other comments you have would be
welcomed.

She did off handedly mention that is was hard for her to keep house, a
friend does laundry.
