I just did the exam last November after having been out of the profession for 20 years and passed. These were the books that I used to study:
Willard & Spackman, The latest edition (essential) I needed it to catch up on all the basic stuff, but you will already have that. NBCOT exam prep, I will get the name of the book when I get home from work. Although it is preparation for the US exam I found it terrific as a way of giving myself feedback on whether I was taking the studied info in or not. Also it was a way to get myself used to an exam situation again. It had a CD with questions, so I could do it on the computer and get a print out afterwards of how I had done Enabling Occupation. This is the best little book I have come across which clearly describes the current Canadian OT approach. It is easy to read and understand. and that was it. I read article off the CAOT, OSOT and COTO websites. Good luck, Aine Suttle NBCOT exam prep on 9/15/05 7:10 AM, PATERSON CHRISTINE at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > hi i am a recent graduate and i am planning to sit the canadian exam next year > has anyone sat this exam or has any tips or reading lists any info would be > great > > > Thanks > > christine > > > --------------------------------- > Yahoo!
