This is a GREAT example of why we should be careful when addressing
messages.

This message was in no way intended to be posted to the OTlist!

And the really sad thing is that I can't do anything to recall the
message.

Well, I'm glad everyone knows that my AOTA proposals were rejected <LOL>

RC> Hello Pat:

RC> Just wanted to let you know that both my proposals got turned down -
RC> very low scores!!!

RC> It's my fault for not putting any effort into them!! I was a little
RC> disappointed because the reviewer stated that I had no references and
RC> "while attendees may value [my] personal wisdom, [I] also need to
RC> provide some "evidence" for [my] beliefs!"

RC> I struggle a little with this because sometimes our profession needs
RC> just some opinion that's not necessarily based on what someone else has
RC> said. It's not like I was doing a research paper on some sort of
RC> treatment. Both the papers were 'concept' papers, sort of original
RC> thought.

RC> Isn't there room for that in AOTA's repertoire???

RC> On a completely different note, do you know anyone at AOTA that I could
RC> talk to about AOTA possibly advertising on my web site? Boston
RC> University just signed up to advertise and I think it's a neat idea.

RC> Ron
