Hello Carmen: Thanks, but the patient and I decided that there wasn't really much that I could do that would make a significant difference. The patient really didn't want to go through therapy unless it was going to make a difference. He has been through some much medical stuff and didn't want to waste his time. I gave him some education materials and suggested that he ask his PT to do some modalities.
