Laura,  I also went back and looked at my original Medicare application.
And like you said, there is an option for an OT group, which of course I
checked.

But  my FI are the ones telling me that there is not a provider type for
OT.  While  they  are  not  sure  about  the  denial,  they  seem pretty
consistent about the provider type.
