How can we help you find the motivation to take action/ share ideas with AOTA 
and feel adequately represented? We sit in a comfortable couch and complaint. 
What actions can you take to solve the situation.. We need to make choices in 
our careers that actually help us improve and deliver excellence...I don't see 
how attacking AOTA, and not be active participant in the solutions would ever 
help us
