I know I can't be the only one who feels this way....
Please please please... when there is a topic that may be of interest to 
the group, don't invite people to respond directly.  It excludes everyone 
else from learning information that may be of use to many, or at least 
interesting to us.  This group can't grow if too many exchanges of 
information are just one to one.  I know I would be interested in seeing 
the responses!
