Thanks Ron - I enjoyed that - especially as I cooked and ate one of 
those redfish this weekend - reading your story about the fish and the 
hunt made me taste it a second time.

BTW - my boyfriend - who used to fish and hunt in Greenland before his 
accident - now gets his "kicks" from choosing the fish at the shop and 
instructing me in great detail how to clean and cook them. Not to 
mention the eating:-)

(You don't do that - clean, cook, eat it?)
