I'm not sure if there's certification for vestibular/balance rehab but I see a great need for this specialization in all settings. Especially in assisted and independent living apartments where we're often fortunate enough to treat the residents due to falls and high risk of falling (before injury) as opposed to treating them due to fractures and/or head injuries from falling
