Ron I've been following this thread with interest. I'm just back from the Allen Symposium in Indianapolis. My specialty is cognitive disability. Cognition plays an enormous role in falls and in difficult behaviours to name two of the recent suggestions and there is good literature on how to use the model in both these areas as well as in the prescription of adaptive equipment and in just about anything else that happens in a nursing home. The same issues are present in Home Health to a great degree. Joan Riches
