Actually, I am NOT looking to vent frustration. I am not frustrated with AOTA, I just have some suggestions and I think other's might share my same suggestions.
I would like for AOTA to better address the disparity between national policy and actual practice. Because in my opinion, there is a BIG void between what AOTA says OT's do and what many, many OT's actually do. I would also like AOTA to develop a National campaign about occupation. I believe that writing letters will at least bring these issues to the attention of the national leaders. It seems like a good thing to me. It's the same thing that AOTA tells us to do with Congress -- write letters and make your opinion known!
