Ron: My apologies. Please don't take it otherwise. I just meant even if we discuss scenarios, it's still worthwhile as it helps to reflect on actual practice. I hear the negatives, too. The reality is that OT certainly has a long way to go to be realized as a "powerful" and "valued" profession as hoped in our vision statement. All these discussions especially at the grassroots are important to introspect on our current state and make the required changes.
