I am very excited to find a couple of articles on service user experience and one evaluating service user experience using social services. My question to you all is have you heard of Quest? Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with Assistive Technology. I would like to have a look at a copy, but being a student don't want to pay for it if I can absolutely have to!
