Laura, Theresa Gregorio-Torres might be in a better position to address your concern as she is on the ad hoc committee investigating the feasibility of AOTA offering a credentialling for Seating and Wheeled Mobility. I do not believe that the group is discussing using that credential as an alternative to RESNA. None of AOTA's certifications are linked to payment. A move in that direction would certainly require a discussion within the profession.
