AAh, now I understand. I can't help wonder if a seating certification wouldn't be the BEST solution for all parties. Seems like Medicare, beneficiaries, therapists, AOTA, etc would ALL benefit.
Personal, I think certification is a great idea. If it was somehow tied to reimbursement it would be an OUTSTANDING idea.
