Its me, the student here again.  I may attempt to write my term paper for a 
leadership/management class on this sticky subject.  Its only a term paper - 
only 6 or so pages.  If any of you see a good article on this subject, please 
let me know....especially regarding OT.  I am particularly interested in views 
from other countries - NOT THE U.S.

P.S.  Watch out for those right wingers and their "fiscal responsibility."  In 
the U.S., it is amazing that the we incurred a huge national debt under Reagan, 
Bush Sr and Bush Jr - the fiscal responsibility party - and a surplus under 
Clinton.  But I digress.
