Hi Angela
Why don't you try some of the other groups with OTs that specialise in working
with children? Yahoo has ot-peds, which I find to be a very useful group aimed
specifically at issues dealing with children (there are other groups but this
one is quite active).

Subject: Re: [OTlist] Wii for therapy

Thanks, you sent some good information. Unfortunately, I am finding only
anecdotal stuff out there on the "Wiitherapy" More like newspapers doing a
little story on it. I am close to the DC area and know that Walter Reed is
using it with returning soldiers, or so I have heard. I am hoping to find some
one using it actually with the kids but any input helps.....

Thanks for the game suggestions. I think I am just going to rent some of them
and borrow a friends Wii and try them out. I would be so excited if my school
actually gets one. I think it is going to be a very versatile tool for me and
the staff. I will keep you updated if I find any ground breaking stuff to help
support buying one for your work environment.
